Random Jotting # 001
Correct me if I am wrong, but almost all people who carry a mobile phone in English movies or TV series, almost always use a flip model. No character ever seems to use a candy-bar model.
That's probably because it is impossible to tell that a phone is switched off, or is a dummy, in the case of a folder phone, while in certain shots, a candy bar's screen may be seen as ominously blank. Besides flip phones are definitely cooler.
