The Travels guy has actually named his bus like this...
Why would he call a bus 'Blue Horse' and paint it in the most idiotic yellow color? Conversely, why would he paint a bus in the most idiotic yellow color and call it 'Blue Horse'?
The bus is actually Pappathi. And it smoked a horse on some highway. The horse tried to beat the blisteringly fast Pappathi till it ran out of breath, turned blue and died. So, like in Alien vs. Predator, where the Predator marks himself with the blood-acid of every Alien he kills, Pappathi marks herself with a symbol of it's victim, (in this case the Arabian steed that turned blue and died).
