I didnt understand these advertisements

The first one is from a hospital/doctor who claims expertise in knee replacement.

The other one is from a realtor, who is promoting a new project.

My brain is unable to decipher the "ull artham" (inner meaning) of these advertisements.

You asked for my diagnosis !!
The second advertisement and the first advertisement are related. The flat promoter is also the doctor who runs that clinic. As shown in the advertisement, the kid, looking up-periscope at the typical "deflowering" activity during the "first night", gets a pre-pubescent wake up call. Goes on to become a casanova, and at the age of 60 or 70, is forced to "hold things up" and has shattered knees, as shown in the first advertisement.

read the second ad first.

the flat will be small that you will not have separate room for your kid. Hence Kid have to go underneath the bed and sleep. But think of the elderly who have bent knees..(who cannot stand straight even to piss!)so get it operated and go underneath the bed ...and (sleep)

sounds logical?
