Just wanted to let the world (read: the 5 poor souls who happen to read this blog) know, that I have set a target of 5 Kilos as the weight that I am going to lose in the next 40 days.
i.e. I hope the scale reads 75 Kg on Aug 31.
Please wish me all the good luck I need to achieve this. Needless to add, please try to motivate me.

Multiple Options are available
1. When you are ready to spend lots of money
2. When you are NOT ready to spend lots of money.
With first option ,join VLCC and lose 30 kilos in a month. You will look like a Somalian! :)
With second option you have an option to control the weight loss. This is highly recommended.
Eat in "akshay bhavan, Chengalpattu". Guaranteed loss of 6 kilos in over a week with around Rs.1000 expense and a day in hospital.
I think weight is a very wrong way of measuring physical fitness. I think you should adopt the Jigglometer. You should strip down to your Cow-bheenam and should jump once, and land as violently as you can. A faithful, strong-hearted, keen-eyed accomplice should then clock the time it takes for the fat to stop jiggling.
You should attempt to reduce the jiggle time, and go, "Hey I lost 2 seconds. My goal is to loose 2 more seconds next week."

If you are really serious in reducing around 10kgs, following tips may help you
1. Drink 2L of water everyday (evenly spaced)
2. Eat low cal food
3. Avoid any beverages(including Tea) and FAST Food!
4. After you get up from bed, drink 4*160ml of water. Leave 45 mins break and drink some juice
5. Don't eat Rice in the night
